What are drinking today?

What is your favorite drink? Soda? Diet soda? Water? Coffee? You would be amazed at how many calories can come from beverages. Read on for an excerpt from the "Eat This, Not That" book on drinks and beverages.

We are proud to be a non-soda household! Soda is a treat at our house, not a staple. And after reading the article, you are as amazed at the calorie count of fast food milkshakes as I was, let me know and I can share with you how I make milkshakes for 200 calories and NO saturated fat! Chocolate. Coffee. Strawberry-Banana. Cherry-limeade. Yummy!!
